1. Who is responsible

2. The MX Stage software

MX Stage runs on your computer. It connects only to the Maximo you choose and to the AI assistant you use. It does not send your Maximo data, your Maximo API keys, your prompts or usage data to us, and it has no telemetry. License keys are checked on your computer without contacting us. What your AI assistant does with the data you give it is governed by your agreement with that AI provider.

3. This website

This website does not use analytics or advertising and does not set cookies of its own. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. When you open the checkout, Paddle loads its checkout and may set its own cookies; see Paddle's privacy policy.

4. Information we receive when you buy

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes your payment. We never see your card details. We receive: your name or organization name, email address, country, the production Maximo URLs you enter, and order and subscription identifiers. We use this information to issue and renew your license key, send it to you by email, provide support, prevent misuse, and keep the records required by tax and accounting law. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

5. Service providers

These providers may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep license records while your license is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires (in Japan, generally 7 years). Emails to support are kept while needed to help you.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing mxstage@tsunagi.app. We may need to keep some records that the law requires. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
