Refund Policy

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment for MX Stage — the first purchase and each yearly renewal. No reason is needed. Ask through the link in your Paddle receipt, or email mxstage@tsunagi.app with your order number.

Refunds are paid by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund, the license key for that payment must no longer be used for committing to production. We may add refunded keys to the revocation list in later versions of MX Stage. Using MX Stage for everything else stays free.

After 14 days, payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time so that your license does not renew.
